We hygienically sanitise and deep-clean mattresses using high-level steam technology. Once the mattress is de-toxed, flame-protection barriers are re-applied and then the mattress is protected from dust mites for up to 12 months.
As part of our Sleeping Quality Assured Programme, our hotel customers become members of the H.o.M.E (Hotel of Mattress Excellence) Star-rating Scheme, with an entry in our Mattress Excellence Hotel Directory.
