Booking Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS
In Pure Clean Terms and Conditions following definitions apply:

 

1.1 “The Company”, “We”, “Us” – is in regards to Pure Clean at 84 Clifford Court, Old Trafford, Manchester, M15 4AT.

 

1.2 “Cleaner”, “Cleaning team ”, “Cleaning Operator” - means the person/group of people carrying out cleaning services on behalf of Pure Clean

1.3 “Client” - means the person, company or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 1985 to whom the cleaning services are supplied by Pure Clean

1.4 “Client’s Address” – means the address which the cleaning service has been booked for.

1.5 “Service” - means the mattress hygiene services carried out by Pure Clean

1.6 “Cleaning Visit/Job” - means the visit to the Client’s service address by the Cleaner in order to carry out the Service.

2.QUOTATIONS

2.1. Pure Clean uses mattress sizes when calculating quotations over the telephone.2.2 Pure Clean reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change

 

3.EQUIPMENT

3.1. Pure Clean shall provide all cleaning supplies, products and mattress cleaning equipment required to carry out the service.

 

3.2. The Client must provide running water, electricity and storage when necessary at the premises where the service takes place.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 The rates of payment by Pure Clean shall be as agreed between the Company and the Client, or his representative. The Client shall make no reduction or retention from the sum due under any invoice.

 

4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company, immediate payment is due on the completion of the work. The Client must make payment either by cash or cheque before the cleaner leaves the Client’s premises. All cheque are payable to Pure Clean.

 

5. REFUNDS

5.1. No refund claims will be entertained once the cleaning service has been carried out.

 

5.2. Refund will be issued only if a cleaning operative has not been able to carry out the cleaning due to reasons beyond the Client’s responsibility.

 

6. CLAIMS
6.1. Pure Cleans public liability insurance will cover damages caused by a cleaning operative working on behalf of the Company. All claims are subject to an excess of £50.00.

 

6.2. While Pure Clean operatives make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, Pure Clean requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away.

14. INSURANCE 1

4.1. Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance cover any work undertaken by Pure Clean.
